Colt provided a large number of pneumatic Seefire ventilators for natural and smoke ventilation, Orion access hatches, and electric Coltlite natural ventilators for these recently completed apartment blocks.
Natural apartment ventilation is an energy-efficient means of reducing the effects of excessive temperatures. Hot air can leave through the ventilator at high level, and fresh air be introduced at low level.
